We offer worldwide shipping.
Our standard international shipping time is 10–15 business days, and the delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

International Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are not included in product or shipping prices. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Local postal disruptions

These factors are outside our control.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@5senseslife.com.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Refunds cannot be issued until the carrier confirms the package is officially lost.

Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees or missed delivery attempts, the return shipping fee and any additional costs will be deducted from your refund.
